Banyak istilah yang digunakan dalam berkomunikasi di dunia maya alias Internet. Sayangnya tidak cukup banyak masyarakat yang mengenal istilah-istilah tersebut, sehingga begitu mendapat email yang berisi istilah-istilah tersebut langsung bingung.
